Broken Link Message When Logging in from Clever
If this is happening to all of your teachers, your Clever setup is not complete. Please see Clever Setup for TCI Subscriptions for more information.
If this is only happening to a few of your teachers, either your sharing or course mapping is incomplete. Check Clever to verify that you are sharing the courses that teacher has with TCI. If you want to add courses, please send an email to email@example.com, and let us know which program to map the course to. Once all of the sharing and mapping is complete the teacher’s data will sync with the next nightly sync.
If you have completed all of the above and your teacher is still seeing a broken link, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the teachers(s) name and email address so we can help resolve the issue.
