Changing a Teacher Email for Districts Auto-Rostering with Clever or OneRoster
For the smoothest possible experience, contact TCI with the teacher’s current and new name and email address information before you run the first sync with the changed data. We will update our database to ensure the sync works correctly.
If you do not contact TCI before the first sync runs with the teacher’s new email address, they will notice that their custom content, classroom assignments, student assessment scores are missing. To fix this, reach out to us with the teacher’s previous name and email address, and we will be able to update their account and restore the missing data.
